As soon as I contacted her she helped with everything we got booked she made all of our dining reservations, gave us suggestions and made sure my son had a super special day for his birthday. She was always just a text away both before our trip and while we were there. She responded very quickly anytime we had questions which made it so nice! While we were there we figured out on day one that we would need some more dining reservations in order to be able to take a little more of a relaxed break during park days and rather than spending tons of time looking at what had availability we were just able to text her and she had us hooked up within about 15 min. I would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip even if you know how to book and have been a million times just the convenience of having her there to help anytime we asked was so great!! We first worked with Heather a few years ago when she assisted us with planning a Disney cruise. Heather was detail-oriented and coordinated the planning of a fantastic trip. We were excited to work with Heather again for our next Disney trip and recently had the chance. Heather’s work with us over the last 6+ months in planning our recently-completed weeklong Disney World vacation with our two daughters (ages 4 and 9) went above and beyond.
